On 1st September 2004, Minister of Industry issued the Decision No. 85/2004 / QD - BCN on the transformation of Da Nang Steel Structure Manufacture Factory into Da NangSteel Structure Manufacture Joint Stock Company
On 26th October 2004, the factory officially operated in the form of a joint stock company.
On 17th January 2006 shareholders’ meeting decided to rename the company asSteel Structure Manufacture Joint Stock Company VNECO.SSM
Steel Structure Manufacture Joint Stock Company VNECO.SSM listed its shares at the Hanoi stock exchanges (HASTC) on 17th November 2008 with SSM securities code with the charter capital of VND 55,010,240,000 which is 100% holed by shareholders.
